You will need one large bunch of beets orĀ  more.


Slice the beets with a mandolin. Pat them dry lightly with a paper towel and line them up in a single layer on baking sheets. Drizzle with a combination of The Olive Tap Jalapeno and Garlic Olive Oil, and sprinkled with Himalayan Sea Salt, and pepper. Baked them at 400 for about 20-25 minutes. Just keep an eye on them because they can go from golden to burnt very fast. They will also crisp up more out of the oven.
